Indoles are found in cruciferous vegetables such as broccoli, cabbage, cauliflower and Brussels sprouts. EXTRA STRENGTH DIM is a stable, bioavailable form of DIM, made possible through a proprietary BioPerine® delivery system. The formula is microencapsulated in starch particles. Unlike indole-3-carbinole (I3C), EXTRA STRENGTH DIM is highly stable and requires no conversion in the stomach.
